At Capella Flavors, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, due to the nature of food-grade consumables, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your flavor concentrates are unopened, the original factory seal is intact, and the request is within our 30-day return window.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the box to prevent processing delays.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
